Our vision to "pursue life with God together" is only possible when we are intimately connected to and intentionally investing in one another. Being a part of a small group is the perfect way to invest in the care of one another's souls and commit ourselves to our own spiritual growth.
Mondays | 6:45 p.m. | Liz Kinsfather's Home
Journeys is a small group focused on maturity in Christ through sharing our lives and individual journeys with one another. The groups meets together on Mondays to discuss books, Bible passages and topics of interest. The group is open to everyone! You’ll regularly find the Journeys community engaging in other fun activities and great conversation outside of their weekly gatherings because they enjoy doing life together so much.
Every Other Sunday | 6:00 p.m. | The Oasis at 2240 S Mill Avenue
In the garden book Club, we engage in thoughtful and enthusiastic discussion about our relationship with God, with each other, and with the community of creation of which we are a part.
Every two weeks we meet to discuss one to two chapters from our chosen book. Previous books that were discussed by the group include
Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer and The Very Good Gospel by Lisa Sharon Harper. All related experiences and perspectives on the topics are welcome!
Wednesdays | 10:00 a.m. | Google Meet
This year we will be studying John's Epistles, beginning with 1 John. The class is taught by Michael Chaffin and James Craig. We meet online via Google Meet. You can join us by phone, tablet, or computer.
Invite a friend and join us as we share this time of connection and learn more from God's word.
Sundays | 5 - 7:00 p.m. | The Parmelee's Home
We will be studying the book of James and eating dinner together. Invite a friend to come for quesadillas, chocolate chips cookies, good conversation, and getting to know Jesus and life with him better! This will be a space to have open discussions, and a safe place to disagree and ask questions.
